Does anyone know about Nascar Thunder 2003 and 2004?
The Reason i ask is because: 1st- is i like to go backwards and knock out the drivers early so that i can go around forwards and see where i knocked them out at. 2nd- is i don’t know how to get in a good qualifying position in the career mode in the just race in 2004 i always qualify in 2nd place and now i can’t qualify in a good place for the life of me and i thought i could so i chose the sponsor that payed more but the expectations were i had to place in at least 35th place and i can’t i don’t know what i’m doing wrong can anyone help me. in 2003 why can’t i go backwards every time i try to go backwards i always get stopped and they turn me around and i don’t like that is there a way i can turn that off or something maybe? if there is plz tell me cause otherwise i will never win a race

To get better qualifying runs, you may try different setups on the car. Different suspension settings, bumper, and downforce. You also have to play with the cars gear ratios depending on the lenght of the track.
The game may not be letting you to go backwards, that is about the game. If so, nothing to do about that.
Also in the real life, the good sponsors go to the teams which are in the Top 35 in owners points. You will just have to make do with medium-level sponsors before you are high in the standings.
You might have closed the driver help somehow. That has a setting in the control options. If you open it, car will drive easier and it will be harder for you to spin.
To not get spinned around, listen to your crew chief and make sure your sides are clear before making a low turn or changing sides.
